Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at Creamfields.
If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If travelling by car, please ensure you take everything with you from your vehicle as once you enter the festival site you will not be allowed back out to your vehicle to make multiple journeys
If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a 2 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. If you have a 2 day non camping ticket, you will need to produce the relevant ticket to regain entry the following day.
Are there any lockers for my valuables?
We will be providing pre-bookable lockers for you to make sure that any valuables you may have can be kept safe over the festival weekend. The lockers will be located within the campsite village and Gold Campsite and so are only available to camping ticket holders. Is Creamfields South a Cashless event?
All bars & food concessions at Creamfields are cashless. Only cards & contactless + Apple Pay accepted.
What times does the festival open?
How can I carry all my belongings to the campsite?
Jolly Green Sherpas – Barrow Hire
No need to struggle with your luggage upon arrival – the Jolly Green Sherpas will be bringing their Barrow Hire service back to Creamfields in 2022.
You can hire a barrow for just £25 (plus a refundable £50 deposit).
Plus, for every hire they plant a tree via a non profit reforestation project.
No need to pre-book, just look out for them in the car parks upon arrival.
What time does the festival close?
I have a camping ticket, what night(s) does this allow me to camp and when do I need to leave site?
If you have a 3 day camping ticket, this allows you to camp for 3 nights (Thursday night/Friday night & Saturday night), if you have a 2 day camping ticket, this allows you to camp for 2 nights (Friday night & Saturday night). The campsite will close at 1pm on Sunday.
What happens if my deposit scheme payment declines or defaults?
If your payment is declined or you do not have enough funds in your account then you will need to contact Ticketmaster to bring the account up to date. Your ticket will be held but will not be posted to you until you have paid the full amount.
Please ensure you contact Ticketmaster to advise of any changes to your card details to avoid this happening e.g. account closure or change of card number/expiry date.
If you have any concerns at all about your deposit scheme, please contact Ticketmaster directly for guidance.
What facilities will there be on the campsite?
The Campsites will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store and a general store. Information and welfare will be available – please head to one of our signposted campsite hubs where you will be assisted.
Drinking Water taps will be located around the campsites and the event arena. We recommend customers bring recyclable water bottles and re-fill at the free drinking water taps on site. There is a medical tent and Welfare tent on site and will be clearly signposted.
Showers and ‘proper’ toilets come as part of the ticket price for Gold and Dreamfields & Pre-Pitch packages.
Who will be playing at Creamfields South?
Is there going to be a car park at the festival? How much does it cost?
You can pre book your car park pass or pay on the day.
2 & 3 Day Camping / 2 Day Non Camping (£30 if booked in advance) / £35 on the day)
Day Ticket Holders (£15 if booked in advance) / £25 on the day)
If you have purchased a Gold Ticket or Dreamfields accommodation free parking is included in your package and you do not need to purchase a car park pass.
Where is Creamfields South?
What age do you need to be to attend Creamfields South?
Creamfields is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site.
Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:
o An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,
o A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
o A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.
o An in date Armed Forces Photo ID Card
o A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)
*Please note that customers on site may be asked to produce ID at any point during the event so we advise ALL customers to bring valid ID. In addition, we operate a Challenge 21 policy so please ensure you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.
Ive bought a 3 or 2 day camping ticket but cant get there on the first day, can I still gain entry?
Yes, you can arrive any day your ticket is valid for.
Will there be food & drink concessions in the campsite?
Yes, there will be various catering units inside the event arena and the campsite. A full range will be available including vegetarian and vegan. If you have any specific dietary concerns. Gluten free food options are available, please speak to the food vendor for guidance at the event or contact email@example.com closer to the event for more info on food concessions on site.
Are campervans or caravans allowed?
No, sorry you cannot bring your campervan – the campsites at Creamfields are tented only. If you purchase a Camping ticket then you must camp within our campsites. You may not camp in the car parks or sleep in your car.
My 18th Birthday is during the festival – can I still attend?
We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.
For example, if your 18th birthday falls on the Saturday of the event then you would only be able to enter the festival from the Saturday. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.
Filming & Photography
Professional recording equipment is strictly prohibited on the festival site.
You will be allowed to bring non-professional cameras into the event. However, you must obtain permission to bring a professional camera (SLR) into the event please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.

Do not buy tickets from unofficial ticket outlets, unlawful street traders/touts or off social media. There is no guarantee of any ticket’s validity for entry unless purchased from official ticket agents.
When is Creamfields South?
Creamfields South takes place on Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th June Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend 2022. Those camping at the event, the campsite closes at midday on Sunday 5th June
Can I bring a Gazebo to Creamfields South?
No, please understand we will have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.
Can i bring glass / mirrors?
No glass is allowed at Creamfields. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.
*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable.
Can i bring a suitcase?
Yes you can if you have purchased a camping ticket, but remember Creamfields is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead.
Day ticket holders can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.
Can i wear a mask to creamfields?
Offensive and full covering masks are prohibited. We will be following government guidelines regarding all face coverings so please check back closer to the event.
