If you are onsite at the event and have lost an item please go to the Lost Property box office which is situated near to the Main Stage / Day ticket entrance/exit.
If you have left the festival, please email lostproperty@wavesltd.org who are handling all lost property for the event. Please ensure you provide as much information and details regarding the item you have lost and pictures if possible, once the show weekend has finished all lost property items will be logged and they will be in touch if your item has been found.
For any Driving Licences or Passports found at the event, a letter will be sent to the registered address requiring confirmation before the item will be posted. If there are no contact details or left unclaimed, Passports will be returned to the Passport Office.
If you have lost a mobile phone we need the make, model, colour, IMEI, screen pic and unlock code.
Please be patient as we deal with an immense amount of enquiries and we can only deal with the person who has lost their property, on their own email address and not 3rd Parties.
As personal property is the responsibility of the owner, if the item has been found and handed into our Lost Property team, they will return your item recorded delivery at the owners cost.
If you are enquiring about prohibited or confiscated items please read our T&C’s on https://creamfieldschelmsford.com/terms . There is no facility to store prohibited items at any of our events and these items will be disposed of.
The post event Lost Property Office is open for 2 weeks after the event, any items not claimed or collected will be donated to charity.
